Returns
Any physical music product can be returned within 2 weeks of purchase, provided is in a new and UNOPENED condition. We’d hope you never have to do this, and in fact, we’d encourage you to simply give away the CD if you don’t like it. Every CD sale goes to help our ministry in Brazil, so every little bit helps. Also, if you recieve a broken product, email us at support@shoresofgrace.com and we’ll work with you on either getting a new copy, or sending you the mp3 versions, which you can burn onto CD yourself.
Due to the nature of digital products, the mp3s are not returnable, but if you’d like to give your purchase away, feel free to burn someone a copy and then delete your copy.
